Interesting! I have been following you on twitter as well. I am so happy you have integrated yoga in to your daily routine. Been doing it since I was 20 yrs old to help me stabilize my body, emotions and mind and then transcend it. Looking forward to more techniques such as Pranayama which is conscious expansion of energy.
