Heal the Planet, Heal Yourself

Do you know that our environment is crumbling, burnt out, exhausted, and dis-eased?
Can you feel the pain?
Do you care?

Nature gives so much to us.  The sun shines everyday.  The majestic flow of air gives fullness to our lives.  We need nature for food, air, and water.

We are NOT separate beings.  There is no such thing as “them” and “us”.  No such thing as “me” or “you”.

We are ALL one.  This blogpost is about compassion in action.  I will share with you steps I have take to live more holistic and heal myself.

Get to know your family all over again.  Get to know your friends.

Lessons on Life from a 3 year old.from his first hiking adventure

Children need to be encouraged to dream, play, and be creative.  Guidance is necessary for them to discover their gifts and learn to express their utmost potential.

When was the last time you gazed at the clouds, whispered sweet thoughts to the wind, connected with sunflowers, and studied rocks?
