Let’s face it.
Most of us live a stressful lifestyle. And whether we know it or not everyday there’s another to-do list piling up. I have experienced this over the years as a mom & business owner. There’s always going to be an on-going task, project to fulfill, fast-food media gossip, and things that weigh us down.
Let’s SHIFT TODAY, right now, this very moment from “complexity to simplicity.”
Allow your breath to guide you as you finish this blogpost.
REMEMBER
An important key element to living a fulfilling and rewarding life is to become even more conscious. I mean literally conscious. No short-cuts. No excuses. No complaining. We must energize our thoughts in the highest level that brings us true joy and inner peace.

In these traumatic stressful times, one thing I refuse to postpone is my own happiness. I mean tell me a gossip about someone and my mind will LITERALLY wander off. Talk to me about a negative friend and I respond with no comment. I mean spare me the details who are dating who in the celebrity world. I don’t care! Not to say I like being oblivious and naïve which is not true. I simply PROTECT my happiness. Just like you would protect your own child from harm’s way. Or protect your business in every way. I guard and protect my happiness. That’s it!
I learned this a while ago from Dr. Wayne Dyer:
“If asked, why do you give us light and warmth? I believe that the sun would answer, it’s my nature to do so. We must be like the sun, and locate and dispense our giving nature.”
How many times have we heard this before “Wherever Focus goes, Energy flows” and it SHOWS.
I truly believe whole-heartedly that, “Self-care—it’s one of the great keys to self-love.” We must tend to our own happiness vitamins daily.
I think vitality and mindful living is a daily practice. So today I want to share with you belief and attitude I adapted over the years to increase the likelihood of my own happiness. By the end of this post, you will literally be gazing at the computer screen…thinking to yourself “That’s it.”

1.) Mindful breathing is KEY to maintain optimal health & well-being. As Marci reminds us in her book Happy For No Reason, “We have 26,000 opportunities a day, each time we breathe, to support our happiness.” The next time you feel stress, angry, or anxious TRY THESE following exercise bring yourself from a highly emotional state into balance, peace & bliss.

Now close your eyes and enjoy the tingle!
2.) Smile—Smiling has been known to transfer endorphins (the happy brain cells) to your every being. So keep doing it! Beware though too much smiling can cause you to irritate people who are unhappy. Beware because smiling will literally shift your mood in less than seconds. Beware because smiling can help you boost your energy level way UP!
3.) 3’S
a.) Silence
b.) Solitude
c.) Stillness
This meditative state alone is enough to increase balance, create more joy, find inner clarity, and peace within.
Silent retreat is a GIFT you GIVE to yourself to restore inner strength, maintain balance, and direct your world inward.
One of the benefits of truly living in balance & clarity comes from our philosopher of the day Robin Sharma he shares,
“It doesn’t take a month or a year or a decade to change your life—it happens in an instant.”
